The business case for inclusive Design

We all know that we should design products and services that let all users access them. But this doesn’t always happen. Inclusive design is still seen as an add-on, a nice to have, something we’ll get around to at a later date. Why?

What is financial inclusion?

Most people will be situationally or temporarily impaired — and therefore vulnerable — at some point in their life. An inclusively designed financial service is one that enables everyone to use and enjoy the experience, no matter what their situation or background. Financial inclusivity enables people to better understand and manage money.

Always make time for tea

To take a service or product to the global marketplace you need to understand the different markets. Specifically, you need to understand the people who will (or won’t) use what you’re designing.
