VENDOR - INCLUSIVE SERVICE DESIGN

AIM

Through user research with a wide range of demographics is became clear that there is a need for a non-embarrassing way to purchase certain healthcare items such as condoms, thrush cream, anti-diarrhoea medication etc.


IMPACT AND OUTCOMES

A 24 hour collection service of healthcare essentials. Vendor uses the current system that vending machines work through; paying, entering code and then receiving item. The difference is no one else can see what you are purchasing as you view the items online though the vendor app.
